In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. Our team will promptly review your request and, if approved, assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.
